Welcome to BatReportR (the “App”), owned and operated by Digital Ecology Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our(s)”). By accessing or using the App, you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

• App: The software application and associated processing capabilities provided by us.
• User Data: Any data submitted by the User for processing within the App.
• Output Data: The processed summaries, reports, or results generated by the App from User Data.
• Intellectual Property (IP): Includes all proprietary rights related to the App, including its code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets.

3. Ownership of Data and Outputs

• The User retains full ownership of all User Data uploaded to the App.
• The Output Data generated from User Data is also the exclusive property of the User.
• The App and its underlying processing capabilities, methodologies, and intellectual property remain solely the property of ours.

We grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

• Ensure that all User Data submitted complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorised access or security breaches.
• Refrain from reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the App’s code or features.

6. Data Processing and Privacy

• The App processes User Data solely for the purpose of generating Output Data as requested by the User.
• All User Data is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not claim ownership of User Data and will not use it for purposes other than processing and service improvement.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, functionality, code, and processing capabilities, belong exclusively to Digital Ecology Limited.

Users are prohibited from using the App's IP for purposes other than its intended functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or performance.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or any errors in the Output Data.
